We provide Projected Capacitive (PCAP), and 4/5-Wire Resistive. PCAP offers superior multi-touch for retail/meetings. Resistive works with gloves/stylus, ideal for industrial settings. We’ll recommend the best fit for your use case.
What is the standard brightness, and do you offer sunlight-readable options?
Standard brightness is 250-500 nits. We offer high-brightness models (700-1500 nits) and sunlight-readable models (2000+ nits) with optical bonding for outdoor or bright indoor use.
What operating systems are supported?
We support Windows 10/11 IoT, Android 8/10/11/12/13/14, and various Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Yocto). The OS can be pre-installed and optimized for the hardware.
What is the lead time for standard and customized orders?
Standard models: 5-15 days. Customized/OEM orders: 15-25 days after final approval. We maintain safety stock for popular models to expedite delivery.
What is the warranty policy, and how are repairs handled internationally?
We offer 3-year warranty, includes one-year panel warranty and three-year spare parts warranty (varies by model). We support 0.3% spare parts for high-volume buyers.
Can I request a sample unit for testing?
Yes, welcome to take samples for testing. We offer samples at near-factory cost. Sample fees are often deductible from future bulk orders.
What files and marketing support can you provide?
We supply a full package: detailed datasheets (PDF/CAD), 2D/3D drawings, high-res product images, certification copies, user/installation manuals, and can assist with promotional content.
What is the MOQ?
The minimum order quantity for the vast majority of products is 1, some highly customized monitors may have a different minimum order requirement.

Our brand is ZWBA, and our brand is usually not displayed on the monitor and packaging because we mainly provide OEM services to customers.
What’s your company’s payment term?
For samples, our payment term is 100% T/T in advancen; And we usually do 30% T/T in advance+70% payment before shippment for bulk order.
